Welcome to Cirrem Studio — I'm Andres Casella, the
founder.
I started my journey as a developer at a large enterprise company, where I was given
the space to deepen my skills in Salesforce. Later, I stepped into the world of independent consulting,
working with talented teams and clients across various industries.
Over time, I led
end-to-end implementations, collaborated with product managers and developers, and learned what it means
to build real solutions that impact businesses. I’m deeply grateful for the companies and colleagues who
shaped my path — they taught me, challenged me, and gave me the foundation I stand on today.
And yet, even in roles that looked perfect on paper — generous pay, smart teams,
exciting projects — I often felt a quiet disconnect. The structure, the speed, the way decisions were made…
they didn’t always align with how I think, what I value, or even how I work best.
Eventually, I
realized the issue wasn’t the companies or the work — it was more about the fit.
That
insight became a turning point.
I felt called to create a space of my own — one
where I could bring everything I’d learned and build with intention, depth, and partnership at the core.
Something that reflected how I actually think, solve problems, and relate to people. For
that, I needed more ownership, alignment, and purpose.
It was the kind of shift many founders
will recognize — the moment when staying on the “safe” path starts to feel riskier
than building something new.

consultancy designed for scale-ups navigating the chaos of growth. We bring clarity and
structure to Salesforce systems, helping teams move faster, make better decisions, and grow with purpose —
